Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please refer to our Refund Policy for any further information or contact us here

We try our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver orders within 5 - 8 working days.

We are an online only store, which means we do not have a physical store that you can visit. We manufacture and dispatch orders from Pretoria and Cape Town, and ship to anywhere in South Africa.
